Lovely Costa Coffee in Dereham, staff are always friendly and have time to make you feel welcome. Always clean and tidy, light and spaceous. Really enjoy coffee here with friends and I use my reward card to earn points for free coffee!! With summer upon us, the cold drinks menu is on offer which is a nice change to just the normal menu. A great spot to stop when shopping or just to catch up with friends and family

Had lovely service from Theressa who took time to explain to us the benefits of Costa over rival coffee shops even making two tiny expresso coffees Costa way and Starbucks way in a blind taste test. Something she didn't have to do but I feel truly educated and well served by a passionate employee. Big thumb up Costa !
My husband and I were in Costa this morning and the young man serving, called Matty was on his own due to staff members not being able to get to work on time. He had been on his own since opening and was coping amazingly as the store was really busy with customers. He was very professional, courteous and handling the situation so well...He is a huge asset to the Dereham store and deserves huge recognition for coping under huge pressure by himself. Well done Matty you are a star.
Came in here tonight, me and wife. Man, who served us so funny and so polite. We did spin the wheel, lol. We won a cake and a discount on the drink he cake in the bag so could take it home. We used to go to one further into Norwich, but staff like him we be changing and coming here. And I love me, santa Cup. 16/1/25
I really like the new store as it has lots of room on three levels and lovely big tables with power near which are perfect to work. All the staff, esp Matt and Billy, are welcoming and jovial. They even allow for dogs which is always nice. I really love that they provide literal cauldrons of coffee which are bigger and cheaper than the other cafes and chains in town.
Just the friendliest kindest staff. Staff member couldn't do enough for us. He said it was the best hot chocolate ever :-)
Amazing service! Always come here in my free time and have become regulars with my friend. Theresa is a great barista and we always feel welcome whenever we come in. Definitely worth a try
